Balanced Dinner

What a day! I finally get to relax. Yes I went to the gym after work and worked out for about 50 minutes (treadmill and elliptical). I got home, took a shower, washed my hair, and prepared this great dinner which I just finished enjoying:

1/2 cup brown rice, steamed vegetables and leftover grilled pork from last night (I added some beans to the rice post photo...but u get the idea).

Feeling good and blessed to be able to enjoy a balanced and healthy meal. Thank you god. Im off to do some more relaxing.....Adios!
